No issue so far, internet awesome h bt connection installation could take 1 to 2 Months

Yup, kuch logo ka 20 days mn lg jata bt it took two months for me since kuch upgrading ka kam chal raha tha

Okay so I have been using Transworld in PECHS BLOCK 6 Karachi for quite some time and since day before yesterday it stopped working and upon calling their helpline they said the fiber optic cable has been cut and their team has been working on it. It's been 2 days whenever I call them they come up with excuses saying the police arrested our team etc. Does anyone have this experience with Transworld? I want to know if their customer service is actually this bad?

MY FIBERLINK STORY: 1. I was warned by many not to get a Fiberlink connection. However, a total of one friend I know did have a properly installed connection that gives the speed they claim. This convinced me to give it a shot (I'm in DHA, Karachi). I have Satcomm and they've been great but I was tempted by the cheap price and promised speed. 2. On November 17 I make the awful mistake of paying Rs11k for a 40MBps connection to a very shady sales agent who gives me the number of "Maya" for any follow-up. I'm told it will take 2 months to install. My friend has warned me it'll take longer. 3. In February I decide to start making some calls, first to my sales agent who doesn't pick up. Then to Maya who says I should call another dept. Then the other dept tells me they aren't the concerned

A Happy Story I was using Connect 50 Mbps connection since last 2 years (costs a fortune every month) and it was pretty nice but the downtimes used to be very long sometimes stretching to more than 24 hours. No other fiber service was available in my area so I had no other option but to pay heavy bucks every month but more or less I was satisfied with their service. This Saturday, I came across National Broadband (powered by Cyber Net - the same company behind StormFiber) - And I found out that my area (Federal B Area) is covered by them so I signed up on their website. The very next day (Sunday), I got a call from their area dealer and he came to meet me, told me the tariff for my requirement of 50 Mbps speed (Rs. 14000 per month) which is peanuts to what I was paying to Connect. Hi, Does anyone know Fiber Link complaint number where they at least hear your complaint as their whatsap is just useless?. I have tried this 111 456 123 but its useless as they just hang up while connecting to their CSR.

I have been having this weird problem with my Storm Fiber internet connection for months now. I have called up technical support multiple times but all they do is run diagnostic from office and say everything is fine when its not. Internet works fine for most period of the time but all of a sudden i start getting timeouts and varying ping responses. This really messes my overall gaming experience and is really annoying as it has not been able to fix on its own for months now . I know for a fact there are Storm Fiber representatives on this group who are keen on resolving customer complaints at earliest , to look into this issue and some technical personnel at my place for detailed testing and diagnosing where the issue lies.
