Posting for a friend. I have an interesting scenario. Need your opinion on it please. Today at around 8-830PM I parked my car in the alley between ICAP and Subway (3 Talwaar). There is no board indicating that the side of the road is a no parking zone. There are other cars parked there as well. However, traffic police personnel lifted my car while leaving all remaining cars untouched. I was with my family and I had to walk all the way to frere police station near pso head office. They agreed to give me my car after charging me lifting charges of rs 500. Do i have a case against traffic police? If yes, please let me know so i can send them legal notice for the lifting charges illegally taken along with mental duress compensation. Attached video shows other cars parked at the same place

In 2012 it happened with me in broad daylight at the same place.. icap's parking and the security guard was also there but they took my car to ferozabad. Any way, after a call from registrar sind govt they released it. But yes, it was very difficult for me to reach out there on that serverly hot weather day

You are in the right however for 500 rs. the headache of chasing this isn't worth it. They do it to many people. I'm a foreigner and it has happened to me before near saddar. No signs or anything and i was parked in between other cars same like you. Just consider it sadaqat.

It's a mafia nothing else. Everyone gets commission and i believe the security guard of icap was also involved with them

MY FIBERLINK STORY: 1. I was warned by many not to get a Fiberlink connection. However, a total of one friend I know did have a properly installed connection that gives the speed they claim. Ohkay so here the story goes. I was a big fan of this delivery company D360 and my parcel were moved swiftly to their destinations until, there was a glitch. A parcel of mine that was supposed to be delivered in Lahore got misplaced by them and then, it was one hell of a disastrous experience with this so called delivery startup. Hello vets! help and second opinion? My golden retriever was admitted at an emergency vet last night about 9:15pm and discharged this morning at 7am. (Thats when they close) Now at 3pm, she can't put weight on her paw that had the IV in it. I'd there something I can give or do to help relieve her pain?
