Using mobile phone while charging, Any danger..?

Can be extremely dangerous. While you plug your phone to charger, it gets heated. And if if you use phone for a long time, it will add more temperature to phone. And high temperature causes the battery to explode. This is one reason and there are many others. So it's better to avoid phone while charging. But yes atleast you can answer one or two sms.

Developers use phone while wire plugged in. I don't see any serious issue

Using phone while plugged in can decrease battery life. Nothing else. But i can't say anything about Note 7 ;)

Not so dangerous....oppo like cell phone may cause your hand while using during charger

The only reason your using ur mobile while its on a charge is cz your battery is weak. Get a new battery so you can avoid any risks!
