Brother, you should look for Bahria Orchard Phase 2 on ground plot (8-10 marla) or Pak Fazaya housing phase 1 (10 marla -- may cost around 6million). Bahria has very good development standards... Fazaya is good too but secure as well.. and LRR interchange is very near by Fazaia too.

Bought 10 Marla plot few months ago for 5.2 millions PKR...at Khayaban e Amin (near currently being constructed Ring Road interchange).. Bought another plot 5 marla in another block for 2.9 millions... Price is expected to boost up immediately after August (after the inauguration of connecting interchange)

Major issue with NLC is the development charges .. for 3M they are charging 390k .. which Is tooooooooo much .. I guess they will ask for 600 or 700k for 5 Marla ..
I guess dev charges with all new projs in NLC are included in this plan price

What does that mean brother?
every society pledges some portion of plots with LDA against the commitment of development of society in certain period of time. If society fails to meet commitment.. Pledge charges converts into fine for society.. Legally, you can't construct the house on pledged plot

Abuzer Firdousi Demand is very high in sharaqpur for open land.. they are asking even more than bedian open land for farm houses. There is short term hype due to karachi motorway and few housing like Al-Jalil & Razaq Garden.
