1. It depends on the year of registration as opposed to year of manufacturing when it comes to leasing (need to double check) 2. DIB offers upto 9 years old car which can be leased for 3 years only. Simple rule, the car should be 12 years old at the time of loan maturity. This is the max a bank gives and that is DIB only. Baki aur kam hain by year.

Good Evening Vets! Firstly, I hope you all are having a fantastic holiday if that’s something you celebrate. I apologize for the holiday question, but I am truly beside myself and feel terribly awful and guilty. I have a 10 year old female GSD. I have been a pure android power user since past 4 years and was using a rooted nexus 5. Now I got an Iphone as a gift and decided to give it my full attention... I knew it would be quite restricting but never thought it would limit things that I consider basic functionality. Has any one worked through the following problems.. 1. My old phone Whats App backup is there on google drive (in the hidden apps) but can't be downloaded. 2. The iphone can only restore whatsapp back up from Icloud which no one uses on an android phone. Aoa All, need advice of estate lawyer. Case is: In year 1980, 5 acre agricultural land (in Karachi) was awarded to a person on form 7 that is 30 year lease that expired in year 2010. The person who is the owner of land is still alive and now wants it to, renew lease of it's agricultural land for 99 years on form 2. Please advise on how to proceed?
