1. It depends on the year of registration as opposed to year of manufacturing when it comes to leasing (need to double check) 2. DIB offers upto 9 years old car which can be leased for 3 years only. Simple rule, the car should be 12 years old at the time of loan maturity. This is the max a bank gives and that is DIB only. Baki aur kam hain by year.
