Dear Witribe please resolve my problem by Monday or there will be consequences itnay achay net say net naa hona acha hai. I might consider Cybernet or any other internet who can resolve my connection drop problem that i am facing from last two weeks. Wi tribe was just fine but now it is giving me very Pathetic service for the huge amount of money we are paying. I am having issues with my Huawei HG8245H modem provided by Transworld. The issue is that Wifi signals disappear after 1-1.5 hours of usage (sometimes even after 10 mins) from all devices but Internet works fine through LAN (on the computer), signals are not even shown even when I am 1 feet from the modem. I have been facing this issue since I got the connection (i.e 1 month). I have tried to complain it to them and they say to restart or issue is not from their side or they will try to resolve it but the issue remains same. Has anyone faced this problem? What should I do?

Since almost 2 weeks Netflix is not working on PTCL broadband. Everything else works fine including online gaming on PSN, streaming on other websites etc. Surprisingly this coincides with PTCL giving free Netflix on 8mb or higher packages. Netflix used to work smoothly on my 4mbs package but now even the home page doesnt open. Iv complained multiple times but their staff is clueless and they keep telling me it will be fixed. Now before anyone suggests to move to other options the only other option in my area is Fiberlink which im not willing to go for. As for getting my package upgraded to 8mb i actually downgraded last year from 8 to 4 after constant problems and i was told by PTCL staff to keep my package at 4mb as the “line quality” is low. Greetings everyone. I've recently shifted to block 4 gulistan e johar main university road. Now the issue I'm facing is of my network. I and my husband are jazz/Warid users and our network isn't giving coverage. The signal bars are low. The internet is super slow. it doesn't work throughout the day, raat ko ja k Thor bht chalta hai. To the residents living here, please update me with what network are you using and how is the 4G connection? I'm thinking to activate my zong SIM. We previously used to live in block 13 FB area and jazz/Warid worked very well there.
