Dr. Rashid Zia is now Principal AIMC and does his private clinic from there - so won't be available in Hameed Latif. But I second the recommendation.

Where he is now ? In JINNAH hospital or doing private clinic somewhere else ?

last I consulted with him he was doing his private clinic in evenings from the Principal's office/ Admin block of AIMC next to Jinnah
