This is illegal in pakistan, the voip thing. But you might find some sip client(android app). Csipsimple for instance

Only black part of VoIP is illegal in Pakistan. You need a permission from ISP to use VoIP over your internet as its blocked by default. Skype, Whatsapp, viber paid service will serve the purpose though.

MY FIBERLINK STORY: 1. I was warned by many not to get a Fiberlink connection. However, a total of one friend I know did have a properly installed connection that gives the speed they claim. Ohkay so here the story goes. I was a big fan of this delivery company D360 and my parcel were moved swiftly to their destinations until, there was a glitch. A parcel of mine that was supposed to be delivered in Lahore got misplaced by them and then, it was one hell of a disastrous experience with this so called delivery startup. That parcel got delivered after 15 days and in between, I have called D360's team a hundred of times but all they had were excuses and surprisingly, each of their customer representative gave me different reasons for the delayed parcel. Hey Guys, This is a segment of my lab, wherein I have configured a router on the stick. gi 0/.10 is 192.168.100.110 & gi 0/0.20 is 192.168.200.110.These are also the gateways for their VLANs. They both are mapped to VLAN 10 and 20 respectively on switch underlying. Until now no routing has been configured on the router, also to make sure I have disabled the routing both on the router and the L-3 switch. My question is, why on earth I am able to ping the gateway of the other VLAN from one broadcast domain. Ex: from any node of VLAN 20 (192.168.200.x/24), I am able to ping 192.168.100.110 but not the entire network of course. This happens the other way round as well. Attached is the network diagram. Please advise.
