if a student is applying in gcuf and sup for CS/E, he/she must have scored less. otherwise he could have got admission in the cat A unis like fast/ pu/ uet etc.... or may be in ucp / umt .... wasting an year here and improving marks wont help but wasting 4 years in such unis who have no significant presence in market , for entire life, shall be of no benefit
