There are lots of complaints. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Behave like they don't care about the requests and only call you back once they find no business.

MY FIBERLINK STORY: 1. I was warned by many not to get a Fiberlink connection. However, a total of one friend I know did have a properly installed connection that gives the speed they claim. This convinced me to give it a shot (I'm in DHA, Karachi). I have Satcomm and they've been great but I was tempted by the cheap price and promised speed. 2. Please dont forget to share an amazing story!!! #Fiberlink 26-09-2016...they day i called n the day the rider was at my place to get connection charges...I was told that it will be installed in a month...which never happened...annoyed and pissed, called #stormfiber and they sent to collect connection charges and they installed in 2-3 days WoW what a seevice by #stormfiber

So I am one of those guys who only use PTCL for internet (No Landline use). For last four months my bill was showing me a few mobile calls that I was ignoring. Since last two bills those mobile calls have been costing me more than 300 a month. I tried ptcl customer service but they are useless as ever. Initially I thought that my area lineman is doing this but focusing on the time and days of calls, it couldn't be him. Now I believe that someone has hacked into my PTCL smartlink app and has been misusing it (its the only explanation). I tried forget password option but their link is down. Now what are my options here? I have already tried ptcl customer care on fb, website and 1236. All have been useless I am getting scary thoughts lately that what if those calls are for extortion or terro

A Happy Story I was using Connect 50 Mbps connection since last 2 years (costs a fortune every month) and it was pretty nice but the downtimes used to be very long sometimes stretching to more than 24 hours. No other fiber service was available in my area so I had no other option but to pay heavy bucks every month but more or less I was satisfied with their service. This Saturday, I came across National Broadband (powered by Cyber Net - the same company behind StormFiber) - And I found out that my area (Federal B Area) is covered by them so I signed up on their website.
