I want to get new passport, which passport office should i go to?? Abbot road or model town? I heard they only entertain relevant areas. My location is canal lahore near harbanspura.

Hafiz Usama Abbot Road because these days they are very strict otherwise 1 year before easily can be made from any office in Lahore.

Yes you can but It is better to submit fee in branch of passport office 1 day before going to passport because if you deposited fee in near your home branch then it can take upto 1 to 2 days to update the system for the fees.

You should go to Abbott Road. I just visited Garden Town Office today and they are very strict about respective areas. Also, you can submit the fee in any branch of National Bank. I heard you can submit the fees through Jazz Cash Account also.

If i deposit the fee tomorrow morning and go straight to Passport office, will i be able to proceed? Or it takes time?

I think you should be fine because I noticed people depositing the fee in nearby bank and then coming straight to office. Take your old passport with you if you want to renew it. In case you are applying for a new one, original CNIC and 2 photocopies are required and you are good to go :)

I am not sure but I think now that the things are computerized, there won't be any designated passport offices any more, that was an old thing.

Salman Taha Sir area address wise areas has been divided then accordingly you can visit computerized passport office. If your permanent ID card address is churburji then you will go abbot road. If your address is Model town or Johar town then visit the garden town office. This is not like Nadra because these days passport offices have strict regarding areas.

Abbot Road. Yes you can submit it to any National Bank Branch and you can go to passport office same time as if you are going for first time you need your Id card original and 2 copies of it and challan submited in national bank.
