U missed something while making it bootable.

That usb was installed window in many computers in my clg before this problm
Copy that windows to some other system. Make it bootable again and copy windows to USB back. U can also search for solutions on internet in different forums but most probably above solution is there.

Some motherboards hv gpt partitions and non gpt. Make bootable from (rufus) and turn by turn follow both protocols

Goto your bios settings and set the enable boot for usb port
