tukh malngan is tulsi seed, confirmed from my mother :D
as per my father n chachu they are different things :p and as per google initial result , tukh balanga is 'chia seeds' and tulsi is 'basil seed'

Dude chia seeds are not found in subcontinent. I mean they are not a native plant here

Ask for Niazbo plant from any Nursery. Niazbo is actually Tulsi plant but gardeners usually don't refer it by this name.
