Anyone here know how to enhance footage of a CCTV camera? My friends dog got stolen in Model Town Lahore from outside his house. We got access to some footage by the police but although we know what car it is, what colour how many people etc we can’t see the license plate clear enough to get a hold of these horrible people. Usually they have night vision cameras in operation but they have been under repair over the past few days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

NEED HELP! Installed a Solar Water Geyser a year ago from Sui Gas in Lahore. Just now one of it's solar tube broke and causes the water to drain constantly when i turn it on. Called Sui Gas and they said that they only provide warranty for a year and I'm on my own now. So anyone here knows where I can find a Solar tube and a technician to replace it. TIA.
