First go to HEC dashboard and make your profile there. Fill all fields including uploading scanned documents.
Then aaply for degree verification in that dashboard. Correctly choose the documents you want to attest, fee calculation will be shown there. After submitting application, filled form and chalan form will be download. Pay fee and wait for application verification.
When you got notification of confirmation Then make appointment and choose date n time of your ease.
Go to hec office that day with documents and filled application form.
