Either a fault or maybe a feature so the cars coming on the opposite lane don't face visibility problems. (in left hand drive countries)

Updated post: Hi there! I made a post yesterday regarding my 10 y/o dachshund mix I have a 10 y/o dachshund/bichon frise mix. She’s been overall healthy her whole life. Yesterday, I came home around noon and she was so excited to see me. She started jumping around. We walked to my room and she started trying to jump on me again. I was unable to see how she landed, but after jumping she started to yelp SO loud. She stopped for a few seconds, tried jumping/standing upright on her 2 hind legs and started to yelp really loud once again. I kneeled down to the ground to see what was wrong. I noticed that she was trembling, specially her right hind leg. She kept trembling for 5-8 minutes after yelping. We had her lay down and she seemed okay. I have got this Canon LPG geyser installed at home recently. The issue is that whenever I turn the tap on, the geyser tries to ignite by continuous sparking via batteries installed within the geyser. But, it doesn't turn on and the sparking stops after few seconds. When I turn the tap off and turn it on again, the same process is repeated but geyser won't turn on. But, if I detach the gas pipe going into the geyser and release some gas in air for few seconds and connect the pipe again and turn on the tap, the geyser starts working just fine. And, if I turn off the tap, the geyser turns off as well which is just normal behavior. But, when I turn on the tap again, the geyser won't work again until I release the gas again. Anyone has any idea what could possibly be the issue here?

Hi Fellas, Just asking this to confirm which option is better for energy saving? 1. keep running my Haier DC inverter at 26 while i am in room. 1. Use Auto On/Off Mode. 1. Or to manually turn it off/on once the desired temperature is achieved. I think first option is recommended for power saving as inverter is made for this purpose i.e. it turns off compressor once the temperature is achieved. But some people were making me confuse to go for 3rd option.That's why i posted this.
