If its a cross cheque then 489F will be applied against the account holder.

There are two remedies for it. Civil suit Criminal Case

slip lagwein bank se and file a case against it in the relevant police station, but i would recommend to mutually figure this out with the person, because session court mein dhakay khatay phirein ge aur 6 months mein b faisla nahi hoga

When cheque is bounced, dishonored slip is alway being attached to it. Civil remedy is a recovery mode under order 37 of CPC While FIR is to penalize a person. There is no bar to institute simultaneously both of the proceedings

Anyone here know how to enhance footage of a CCTV camera? My friends dog got stolen in Model Town Lahore from outside his house. We got access to some footage by the police but although we know what car it is, what colour how many people etc we can’t see the license plate clear enough to get a hold of these horrible people. Usually they have night vision cameras in operation but they have been under repair over the past few days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Need a blood pressure and a glucose monitor for my dad. Any suggestions or recommendations on which device/s I should get? Should I get them from here (Karachi) and, if yes, from where? Or should I get it from Amazon or some US store? Or is importing a monitor a bad idea because I would be able to get compatible lancing devices and strips? Ohkay so here the story goes. I was a big fan of this delivery company D360 and my parcel were moved swiftly to their destinations until, there was a glitch. A parcel of mine that was supposed to be delivered in Lahore got misplaced by them and then, it was one hell of a disastrous experience with this so called delivery startup. That parcel got delivered after 15 days and in between, I have called D360's team a hundred of times but all they had were excuses and surprisingly, each of their customer representative gave me different reasons for the delayed parcel.
