Yes. But there must be a remote control bomb embedded in your phone so that if you lost it you can make it blast and no one would be able use your data :D

Not sure about specific brand... but there is a way to block the phone. If you have the original box. The box have a serial code on it. Contact huwaie technical support from their website. They will guide you. Not sure but give it a try. A friend did it for LG

if you have your phone protected by a password, then there is no way the person can access your data. one has to reset the phone before using it which wipes all the data and accounts logged into your device.
