I can relate to my students :) one suggestion from my side You're increasing in number (Working mothers/software Engineers with kids) so try to ask your office administration to setup a day care facility for you people. In that way you'll be more productive.

hhmm.. I just came across one such example of Software House and thats Nextbridge .. They have setup a room for the baby of an employee .. Don't know about the details of caretakers there but that was good to know when some private workplace is offering such facility.
