Assalam o alaikm, UET grants a certificate (if required) that we have had our education in English language. Does PUCIT do the same? Any possible way? As this certificate can be helpful in many tasks and scholarships.

Yes. Each institute offers bonafide certificate in which they mention that language medium was english. But acceptance of this certificate varies.

Yes also I got from Pucit in which mentioned medium of teaching is in English

There are 2 types of letters. I got an English Proficiency Letter from administration when I graduated that stated medium of instruction was English. Different names in different institutions but they do give such letters. PUCIT names it English Proficiency Letter.
