How can i check my Solar Panel working or not..?

connect your volt meter with the output of solar panel and check it's giving proper voltage... and you can use clamp meter to test if it's giving proper throughput or not... good 150W plate should produce around 8amps when both of the terminals joined together.

Hello Vets! My sweet 1.5 y.o. female short-haired domestic tortoiseshell kitty ran out of the house 2 weeks ago and lunged after a stray cat in our yard. We are 98% sure they did not come in contact with each other and the whole incident was only about 10 seconds. She is very active so this lunging/running was not unusual for her. She had a collar on but not a harness. Once we reached her and picked her up to bring her inside, she yelled/cried like she was in pain. Then her back legs started periodically giving out while walking. She is also walking with her back arched as if to avoid pain. The emergency vet gave us one week of opiod pain meds & our vet gave us one week of NSAIDs. MY FIBERLINK STORY: 1. I was warned by many not to get a Fiberlink connection. However, a total of one friend I know did have a properly installed connection that gives the speed they claim. This convinced me to give it a shot (I'm in DHA, Karachi). I have Satcomm and they've been great but I was tempted by the cheap price and promised speed. 2. Not getting any audio out from my PC. Have tried using both onboard (double checked onboard sound is enabled in BIOS) and external (Xfi Titanium) sound card. Have double checked volume is full and not mute, sound check does not show any problems in windows. Both headphones and speakers i used are working fine with other sources. I am slightly dumb founded here and wouldn't mind second or third opinion. I have two questions. 1. Know any reliable LCD repairers in Lahore? I have an LCD monitor which is not showing any display from HDMI. The display is working but I think there is some problem with the HDMI port itself or perhaps the HDMI chip. I've tried changing cables no use. 2. Any reliable laptop experts or repairers? I have a DELL 7559 laptop with 4K display. The problem is sometimes if you open it too quickly the display doesn't work and ends up in the laptop not powering up. It is a pain to start it up again. My guess it's a problem either with the ribbons or the lcd cable whose connections get loose. I've tried opening up the laptop myself and checked all connections and they seem fine to me.
