They just have a repeat mode on by keep saying, we have no issue, we have no issue. As per Zong Customer Service representative issue might be at Facebook, Google, and with Hotmail.

Zong has issue. faced same issue but at the end i have to move again on jazz. Their customer help center always says only one thing that we are sending settings but nothing happens. I did not visit their franchise you should try to go there and if they not resolve issue throw sim on their mouth if they cant handle their customers.

Noman, I don't think this issue is with Zong, I am not sure but I think here the culprit is Jazz. Firstly I moved from Jazz to Telenor, then the 2-step verification messages stopped, after that I migrated back to Jazz, and the messages started working fine, and now when I again moved to Zong these messaged stopped again. One of my friend moved his number from Ufone to Zong, his 2-step verification messages are working fine. So there has to be something wrong with Jazz, they never want their customers to leave this pathetic network unfortunately.

You will not receive any call from ptcl and international call as well. Need to call to PTCL to resolve this issue.

I don't think PTCL comes into play here if I moved from Jazz to Zong. I am receiving local as well as International calls.
I have experienced this issue while porting from warid to jazz. You can check if you are receiving calls from PTCL or not. If not then you have to contact to PTCL.
Sorry porting from Warid to ZONG

Same problem here. Sometimes I am lucky enough to receive those. Now I have a separate sim card just for these verification messages :-D

Call the customer service and check if you have blocked network advertisement text messages. If yes then unblock those messages. Because it will also block your 2-FA messages from your digital services.
