depends upon usage. some people are ok with monthly 1Gb, then there are users like me jinka PTCL chalta he hai so 10 Gb tk monthly data use hojata hai

TL;DR Zong 4g device broke, need an aftermarket replacement. A friend of mine damaged his zong 4g device and it’s not working anymore. However the sim inside works separately on any phone which could be used as a hotspot. When contacted zong, they asked to buy a completely new package since the “device and sim are tied together” which costs 5000. Is there anyway this device could be purchased separately and the existing sim to work with it? Attached picture for reference.

Assalam o alaikm, i've got Zong 4G device & my current plan is for 3 months (24GB each for 4k). I've utilized 24GB for current month and it'll get renewed in 8-10 days.. Till then, what can be the best package i may use? I tried Zong customer care but the person on the other side was not able to guide me properly. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hello there people Sometime ago, my zong 4g myfi device gave up on me. The battery in it swelled up so my brother took it to the customer care centre where he was told by the representative that you'll have to buy a new device, he was in a hurry so didnt say much but now its out of warrenty and can someone suggest me what to do can the sim in it be used in other devices if so please suggest the best option and if not please tell where can i get it fixed from P.s its a ZTE device
