By contacting Facebook Developers or Help center..
if your account is really yours then they will ask about your Gov CNIC scanned pic and you need to send them then they will enable your account.!!
I have enabled my account after some days because it was mine account not fake account..!
if your fake account disabled then you need to make it real!
