Sir, for lay man, could you please explain the difference between PVT limited and public limited?

Pvt ltd is a small business entity as compared to Public limited Company. U dont invite public to buy your shares.

There are minimum procedural requirements for pvt ltd as compared to Public ltd

What If we register a company as PVT ltd and later want to change its registration.

It can be. But if u r two r more than two persons and u haven't any experience of business yet then make a partnership firm rather than company

Ohkay so here the story goes. I was a big fan of this delivery company D360 and my parcel were moved swiftly to their destinations until, there was a glitch. A parcel of mine that was supposed to be delivered in Lahore got misplaced by them and then, it was one hell of a disastrous experience with this so called delivery startup. That parcel got delivered after 15 days and in between, I have called D360's team a hundred of times but all they had were excuses and surprisingly, each of their customer representative gave me different reasons for the delayed parcel. One of them said the parcel is in route while the other one said the parcel is yet to be shipped. I have got this Canon LPG geyser installed at home recently. The issue is that whenever I turn the tap on, the geyser tries to ignite by continuous sparking via batteries installed within the geyser. But, it doesn't turn on and the sparking stops after few seconds. When I turn the tap off and turn it on again, the same process is repeated but geyser won't turn on. But, if I detach the gas pipe going into the geyser and release some gas in air for few seconds and connect the pipe again and turn on the tap, the geyser starts working just fine. And, if I turn off the tap, the geyser turns off as well which is just normal behavior. But, when I turn on the tap again, the geyser won't work again until I release the gas again. Anyone has any idea what could possibly be the issue here?
