Seems cervical spondylosis and muscle strength deficiency. Same situation as mine. Try avoid using mobile phones and keep your neck as straight as possible. Sleep well and have some food good for muscle strength

Dr. Amer ikram , doctors hopital. Neurologist. I had severe migrane condition and was hospitalised for 3 days. I would recommend you to get checked up.
