Best learning software/application for 2.5 - 3.5 years old kids? Like having ABC, poems or flashcards etc to provide fun and learning side by side. Need to install on PC, no mobile apps please.

Youtube has many kids learning/poems channels and few of them are good. Try to download good videos and play on TV instead of playing on mobile phones. For kids age 5-7 years https://www.scratchjr.org and for older kids https://scratch.mit.edu
