Hey Asad, so I am having the same exact problem, and your support team helped set up a DMZ and gave me manual settings for my IP on the PS4 which I set up, but I'm still stuck on NAT 3 Can you be of any help?
They recommended I but a static IP but I don't see why that should work when I had no issues for months prior to the last 2 weeks...
Hey Bilal Mumtaz Khan. Can you please inbox us your contact details on our Facebook page StormFiber. We will try to get it resolved by our support team.

Try changing your DNS settings. I use National Broadband that's part of CyberNet and it was having issues for online connectivity. I changed the DNS to Google and it fixed everything.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've been using Google DNS as long as I can remember.. I feel like something changed at the back end in the last week.. Even tried switching back to the default DNS and that didn't work
That's bad man. I can only hope you figure it out and get it fixed.

you need to enable uPNP .. that will fix it .. also if youre using a wireless router of your own in between then you need to DMZ the wireless router from your stormfiber modem and then enable upnp on your wireless router

Thanks, but uPNP is enabled.. DMZ'ed it last night as well.. Still no luck.. thanks for the suggestion though
did you DMZ the wireless router or the ps4 ?
PS4.. I don't have a wireless router of my own in between.. PS4 is actually connected via LAN straight to the stormfiber router

Thanks for the suggestion, but I tried that last night and still didn't work.. It could be an issue with PSN itself?
Asad Husain no, it is definitely an issue with ur ISP.
I've seen stormfiber users complaining about this many times. This is apparently a common issue with storm, trans. Get in touch with their technical team, they should be able to help you out.
Thanks.. will do

So I'm still on NAT type 3, but it's only affecting my ability to voice chat in parties with friends, otherwise playing games online is fine.. Now I just WhatsApp call my friends when playing online with them.. Stormfiber did contact me and tell me that I should opt for their static IP, in which case they would be able to open ports for me.. I'll try that soon hopefully and get back to you
