Hi Guys. What's your experience with mycart.pk ? They had a black Friday sale on Little Tikes items and I ordered one item for my child. The order went through and was put on hold. I tried getting in touch with them and told me that I will get my order in 10 days. I just got a call and was informed that my order expected delivery date has been pushed to January. Is there anyone who ordered from mycart.pk Black Friday sale on Little Tikes and has had it successfully delivered?

Was told order cancelled for the same on a call 10 hours after the order was placed. Said it's out of stock. Same items were available at full price when I checked a few mins later. Hope you get the order but I doubt it.

Hello Altamash Murad, could you please share your order no or if you could please share your specific desired product which was out of stock earlier but now in stock so I could have a look. Reason for asking for this favor is a) if at that time product was out of stock and its now in stock then technically our support team should have called and notified you which they have not so wanted to make sure of that b) if the product was out of stock and still showing on website then just like your other customers are also going to suffer which is something we really do not want. Hello Furqan Shafi, I'm Raja Naveed leading mycart.pk. Luckily as a member of this prestigious group I had an opportunity to see your message hence would like to respond. a) we did not have any offering on Black Friday as we were not part of the main stream celebrating Black Friday however we had our Anniversary Sale during just about the same duration where you must have made a transaction with us. b) we were informed by the supplier that the shipment shall be here by December 10th and hence we communicated the same to all our customers however just yesterday evening we were informed by the supplier that his shipment is stuck in Customs due to some reasons and he is working to get it released ASAP. Tentative date given to us is December 30th however based on our previous experience with this supplier we have communicated January 10th to all our customers. On behalf of mycart.pk please accept my sincere apologies for this and we shall keep you posted on it. You may please approach me directly in case you need further information and assistance. Thanks. I get my grocery at times from there out of 6 times.. Only one order got late baki all on time

Stopped using them because their delivery timings got so messed up. So because of tax I ended up paying higher price and lower service quality.

Hi Umair Mohsin, I am sorry to hear your feedback. We are working days and nights to continuously improve our services and I am sure hopefully you will not have the delivery delay issue anymore. However quick clarification on tax part: please be advised that as per law all retail outlets have to provide taxes charged to customers on each invoice along with the breakup of price exclusive of taxes and taxes separately. However since some of the retailers are involved in tax negligence and engaged in different mediums of avoiding taxes payable to government, they do not show item-wise taxes and play on overall taxes in their financial reporting. Prices we charge are competitive to market however we do show taxes separately (you may want to compare the total price of the same product purchased from us versus purchased from any other retail outlet) hence you are not paying any additional taxes but the total price of that particular product. Hope this clarifies. Just so you could have a little bit of confidence in our services and that we have improved I am happy to offer you a 10% off on your next order. Mycart is far far better than any other online shop they deliver... They care they respond they make sure you get your stuff that's why there is no complain online for Mycart I highly advise to do pine shopping from Mycart

By all means do use strong comments. It's us the people and also the weak legislation in this country that enable sellers to get away with their dodgy ways. Not referring to your company but generally speaking. Since virtually everyone here has been a victim one way or the other It's not out of ordinary for a customer to be apprehensive, agressive or protective. My concern and rather disappointment is specifically because I expected more professionalism from your company because you don't look like another run of the mill dropshipper and would have a better system of managing unfulfilled orders.
