Dear Mujtaba, thank you for your concerns, but without being rude, would like to suggest your team to "Work" instead of being active on Social media only.
Ever since I became customer I have complained numerous times that instead of 15 Mbps connection I am being provided less than 10 Mbps speed, and have checked it myself with only one device connected. The sales representative, Imran never even bothered to receive phone calls since I paid for the connection fee.
The current complaint being made on 2 Feb and followed up regularly also resulted in nothing. Called twice today to helpline and the guy named Taha Owais, misbehaved with zero concern for the complaint.
Good luck to your team but I see Optixfibre to be another Worldcall in the making, moving in the wrong direction.
