Is Army Museum open for public(civilians)?

I asked guards stationed there last month and they said it will be opened on 14th August.

So the museum is closed to all bloody civilians, even though it was inaugurated on 6th September by Qamar bajwa... Sorry bloody civilians, make your own museum... The only reason I can think they did this is because civilians will copy and make their own tank..
