Actually policy changed a while ago. The rules were updated previously as separate updates. It’s all been made into a single post now.

Salim Karim Zain Ali sir I would like to know why my Fiber vs Storm post was removed. It didn't break any rules from the group. It wasn't a review so I couldn't post it in the review section and also it had 4 different points , if I add all those different points in both isps review posts that would be spamming. It took a lot of time and effort in gathering everything and writing everything. It shared the experience of both ISPs, I thought sharing the experience to to prevent "aches" was encouraged here? I'm a bit bitter why it was removed without any explanation or reason. If it had a problem I could have been notified and I could have edited it to fit with what you would like. It's a bit annoying is all. All that hard work wasted. It was okay to be up on saturday, sunday and monday but then on monday night it's suddenly removed? I really don't understand why it was removed. I didn't even use any harsh language every thing was said in a way that doesn't sound rude but instead all the information, recaps of the event were laid out with screenshots of evidence.

Well.. It seems like the group is biased towards fiberlink. I dont know why my post regarding transworld was removed.

Salim Karim really no reply? it's really hard not to believe that this group has a biased towards fiberlink. Should a corporation really be controlling what people see about them? Won't that increase the "aches" instead of the consumers finding out the truth about them? disappointed.

Hi Talha letting you share your experience with internet providers would mean that we would have to let others share their experiences as well and based on our own experience this tends to create a serious flood of supporters from both sides. Some are accused of being employees maligning competition. For this very reason we try to remove all ISP posts specially related to experiences that are not within the given post dedicated to them.
Salim Karim Okay, so I should upload all four photos with 7 headings in both Stormfiber and fiberlink post? I don't think you read the post before deleting it, it was mainly about what things you get on storm vs what you get on fiberlink. Based on facts, there was experience as well but not as much as technical services. It also mentioned how fiberlink tried to sue me. I understand that sharing your internet experience thing but really if a company tries to sue you that would also be considered as "internet experience" , I don't see what that has anything to do with internet experience. The main point of the post was technical services and also how they threaten to sue you. I don't see how both of these things go in "experience" they are just information. When a new deal or package comes on any internet service that is shared here , that's not removed because it's information. My post was information as well. Right now there's another post, active on the group that is also comparing Fiber and Storm, some how that one is okay? okay. Really not biased at all.
Talha Masood you’re not the only one with the Fibre link complaints. In fact it was the flood of messages against Fibre link that caused us to take this measure. I’m sorry your time got wasted but the rules clearly state that all isp related posts to remain dedicated to their respective posts
Okay then everytime there's a post that shares some new internet package, I will report it to you. Also if another person is getting sued by a company that would also be reported. Thanks

kindly explain. I am not sure what is the requirement for having a pinned post.
Were the existing posts made by ISP employees?
actually add worldcall to the list. I noticed their employees being slightly active in the group recently.
Shahbaz Ali Khan no by us but the relevant ISP contacted us
Salim Karim Oh I didnt know that. I will keep an eye out on any of the employees of the said ISPs and get them connected with you.
the point of having their own posts is that the company reps can cater to complaints directly from there. won't be a point just having a post that doesn't reach the ISP. Thanks
Salim Karim valid point but it can also be used for potential users to get accumulated feedback related to all possible ISPs in their area before they make a decision. But still you have a valid point. I will keep an eye out for any particular employees.
