Home shopping is the best for online shopping so far. Have never had a bad experience with them so far.

yeah i've heard nice things about them. but they don't have what i wanted xD but honestly daraz is good too in comparison to this; they would still call me back, and at the end i still got a refund
I think you can place order via homeshopping for something they don't have not sure though
I bought an iphone from homeshopping and the box did not have a pin. Just because i was dubious about the product being new or not homeshopping issued me a new one! A loyal customer since then. Daraz on the other hand... My sister purchased a laptop on black friday sale. Turns out it was a refurb even though its not mentioned anywhere. Daraz has zero quality control over its vendors.

I think you should sue them.

Boss go to consumer court. It's mostly cheap. I am sure someone here can help you with the case.
If you know someone in the media..go to them with this. Get some coverage and then watch this fraud website change its tune.
Mushba Said unless you actually fight for your right as a consumer, this lesson you're trying to convey is useless and the bad businesses will get away with such practices. Consumer courts are free and you don't need legal counsel to pursue claims in it. They are both effective and hassle free. If your right has been breached, fight for it. No one else will fight for your right.

This is shockingly awful and in simple words, fraud and crime. This is the reason why ecommerce in Pakistan is largely a fail. I order products from Amazon worth more than $1k without any worry sitting thousands of miles away. This is the level of trust i have on Amazon. Webesites like ishopping.pk are no different than the criminals sitting in saddar and other areas ready to rip of consumers with false information, forged/ smuggled products and misrepresentation.

go to their head office and talk to the owner .if he dont agrees to refund then make a video there and threat them to post on social media with all the proves you have.

It's just sad when people go through such pain in order to get the right product. This is why I never bought and will never buy something like a laptop from the internet at least in Pakistan. Always and always go and buy the product from a physical store or you could ask your friend or someone to go and buy it for you if you cant go on your own.
