I used 20Mbps package for a whole week, I was getting less than 1MB speed on that package.

Copper medium where you will get less than half of offer packages which will be not consistent most of the time, if you lost your connection in any scenario means you will be disconnect from rest of the WORLD , they dont know even today how to deal with the customers

Adeel Hanif well my friend is using 50Mb connection. Getting full speed on vdsl Also easiest way is to have lineman's number and contact him when you face issue. He will solve the issue after. 2 3 calls :)
