ptcl connection working fine on laptop but not on mobile/tablet. solutions? anyone else having same problem?

Yes. Login with ur admin password and reset all settings. Issue will resolved

Open browser give url as192.168.1.1 the window will open than give usernsme and password as 'admin'.

I restored the settings to default. Now it is not working at all

Wifi password will chanhe auto, chek password change it and than use

If u have further issue call on 1218 and talk with ptcl representative , he/she will guid you.

I am having issues with my Huawei HG8245H modem provided by Transworld. The issue is that Wifi signals disappear after 1-1.5 hours of usage (sometimes even after 10 mins) from all devices but Internet works fine through LAN (on the computer), signals are not even shown even when I am 1 feet from the modem. I have been facing this issue since I got the connection (i.e 1 month). I have tried to complain it to them and they say to restart or issue is not from their side or they will try to resolve it but the issue remains same. Has anyone faced this problem? What should I do?

I've been using a Car GPS Tracker (TKStar) bought off from Amazon that uses the data connection on a SIM to transmit information which in turn can be viewed with a mobile app. It was working fine till 20th May after which the SIM inside stopped responding. Any new SIM also gets blocked by PTA. Can anyone advise on how to get it unblocked. The IMEI on the tracker is only 10 digits and hence not valid for checking in PTA DBRIS. I did some research online and found some other model trackers by same manufacturers in the Type Approved list of PTA.

Hi everyone. I can’t seem to play netflix on ptcl internet. My ptcl is giving my 5mb but netflix is not working everything else works fine. I tried other my zong 4g and netflix works fine but not on my ptcl. Is anyone else facing this problem? Feels like ptcl has banned netflix or something?

I have been having this weird problem with my Storm Fiber internet connection for months now. I have called up technical support multiple times but all they do is run diagnostic from office and say everything is fine when its not. Internet works fine for most period of the time but all of a sudden i start getting timeouts and varying ping responses. This really messes my overall gaming experience and is really annoying as it has not been able to fix on its own for months now . I know for a fact there are Storm Fiber representatives on this group who are keen on resolving customer complaints at earliest , to look into this issue and some technical personnel at my place for detailed testing and diagnosing where the issue lies.
