PHP, as most of the small software houses running on PHP based projects. There is lot of PHP work in freelancing. Job ration is is high in PHP then .NET in Pakistan.

.net is easy to learn and explore complex things easily. Whereas python is an open source and the future of programming. It's dynamicity it's really Kool for AI machine learning and big data problem solving. Since the question was also related for free lancing benefits. Python dev are quite less as compared to .net and there pay rate is better

Go for both... First master one and then learn other. Don't let the technology be a barrier. I remember when i did my first asp.net project. I didn't even knew how to code in asp.net. I learnt it and completed that project. It was where my grip on php helped me. Master one and you can switch to anyone. Never rely on technology. Instead master the skill of programming/ Problem solving.

From market point of view; ASP.net large will give you large projects and better jobs but low in number. While php will get you a lot of small projects. But most of the times; things are same on both sides; just implementations are different....
