Personally i would not recommed both but to ans his ques ucp has more market name then umt bec of a lot of alumnai sitting who studied from pics and early years of ucp esp untill 2014. Umt still has a lot to prove and job market wise in ke cs mai visibilty bht kum hai so out of the two i would chose ucp anyday however i belive there are 3 4 bettet options in lahore then that

Secondly in IT especially software engnerring studnets programming skills intrest and concepts are more important then the institution name however i do agree there are many companies who shortlist candidates cv based on university name so i would trust on my skills/mehnat and go for a bigget older brand always !
