Find your local PTCL service manager(the one that visits to resolve issues). I had to do the same. I had his direct mobile number and whenever i had any problems i contacted him instead of lodging a complaint to 1218. Although i had to give him charges (as 'inaam') but he did fix the problem always.

You will find this guy mostly around ptcl distribution boxes.
Oh god why are u complicating things by calling him a 'service manager'? He is actually called a CPEI(consumer premises equipment installer) or a TPI(triple play installer). Alternatively u can catch your area line man and he will route your complain to concerned cpei/tpi.

I had same issue with PTCL in Lahore. This continued for 2 months and I left them. You should go for national broadband amazing ping and stable speeds. Hardly ever downtime

Thank you. While I know the relevant people in PTA, google can't seem to help in locating any Director's email. I'll keep looking.

Resolve your current complain by accepting that yea it is all okay. Then, send a text to 0512181218 CMP 021XXXXXXXX BB reply 1,2,3 depending on case when asked, and sit back to relax. Then reply N each time a text comes that problem is resolved, until the local broadband team calls you, since the complaint is now generated directly from ISB. Usually takes 24 hours for the team to wake up this way.

When i had ptcl ... the best way to get it fixed was to go and talk to dsl/ broadband director who sits in exchange saying my compliant is not being resolved. He makes sure ur line (pair) is switched so generally had sakoon for 6 months

Not into scams
This is not a scam i am using their services and its speed is amazing yeah they do take a bit to deploy the connection but othervthan other than that their services are good
