e-challan me but loopholes hain. kisi din koe lawyer inko lar gaya tu lag pata jaega inko.

Owner of a car might have different address on CNIC .

one issue is if owner own multiple car and after challan it reahces maximum demerit points then owners license will be revoked. how can gov revoke someone license if owner dont even drive any of his car

it seems that there is no way to bound a bike or life time token car owner to pay challan unless he want to sale/ transfer vehicle

Bhai mery paas 2002 corolla hai or last year plate utaar li thi police walo nay. Apply ki computerized. 7 din mie ghr tcs hogaye thi. Yeh kisnay kaha hai k nahi milti purani gario ki ?

Aadil Farooq u can not transfer the car or bike unless u have not applied for new computerized num plates i am talking about older than 2008 model . Means there is LAW

So this is going to streamline other duties as well. First: If you change your house, it's your duty to update your CNIC. Second: If you buy a vehicle, it's your duty to have transferred to your name. Third: If anyone doesn't pay the challan, it gets doubled in 12 days. And you get blacklisted in 30 days. And they will track you with same cameras. And if caught, your vehicle is held in police station.

Adnan Nasir IF you donot pay Challans , u will not be able to sale ur vehicle and it will be considered as blacklisted , You along with ur vehicle will be held in police station . then you will have to clear the dues by paying having penalty and a bail for ur own self . So its better to keep ur documents upto date with current information . thats how responsible citizens Do .

Faizan Shahid Is there any way to keep track of your challans ? I am using Rasta App and it shows the i have no pending challan . Am i safe ?

this is an alternate to show outstanding amount on ur vehicle . Rasta App is also a good source .

There is an app called Rasta from PITB. It can show all the echallans against your CNIC.

Khurram Mir yes i have that and my car n licence is linked with my CNIC. but it shows empty records for paid n unpaid Challans. and my license have 20 points.
but i thinkni have crossed the red signal yesterday by mistake
