My PTCL modem is ok. Proper working on mobile wifi but not working on laptop wifi and on PC lan. What will be issue?

Problem seems to be ur laptop. It might be a proxy issue

But PC LAN cable also not working.

Check the IP settings, change it to automatic

Change the default IP of modem from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.somthing else.

Try this solution also. Add 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in DNS of system.

I am having issues with my Huawei HG8245H modem provided by Transworld. The issue is that Wifi signals disappear after 1-1.5 hours of usage (sometimes even after 10 mins) from all devices but Internet works fine through LAN (on the computer), signals are not even shown even when I am 1 feet from the modem. I have been facing this issue since I got the connection (i.e 1 month). I have tried to complain it to them and they say to restart or issue is not from their side or they will try to resolve it but the issue remains same. Has anyone faced this problem? What should I do?

So there has been a problem with my internet adapter (as far as i know). the internet works fine on my pc and laptop but wifi doesn't seem to work on my phone devices. i tried to restart the modem and even renamed and changed the adapter username and password but same issue.works fine sometimes for a few moments though. Sometime shows "No internet access" or "Average quality" on my phone wife settings. what could be the issue ?

MY FIBERLINK STORY: 1. I was warned by many not to get a Fiberlink connection. However, a total of one friend I know did have a properly installed connection that gives the speed they claim. This convinced me to give it a shot (I'm in DHA, Karachi). I have Satcomm and they've been great but I was tempted by the cheap price and promised speed. 2. On November 17 I make the awful mistake of paying Rs11k for a 40MBps connection to a very shady sales agent who gives me the number of "Maya" for any follow-up. I'm told it will take 2 months to install. My friend has warned me it'll take longer. 3. In February I decide to start making some calls, first to my sales agent who doesn't pick up. Then to Maya who says I should call another dept. Then the other dept tells me they aren't the concerned

Hello everyone. I am using TP-link Archer VR2800 with PTCL VDSL broadband connection. The router's system log is showing below error: PPP Error ppp1 PPP Error ppp1 Timeout waiting for PADO packets Although internet is working ok (though not like as it should be) but I was wondering why there errors are showing up in the system log page? I rebooted the router and even had factory reset but still the error logs up after almost every 30 seconds. Appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks in advance.
